А мне вот два обода не пришли!
Не послали явно чайники, так как входная декларация от Parcel force имеет вес 1кг, а там только обода 1.1кг весят + еще мелочи на 1.5 кг. Так же сама посылка такого размера, что обода туда не поместятся, даже 24"! Я им отписал, но респонса нету.
У кого такое было? Что делать?

Firstly let me apologize for this issue with your order, we will try and get this sorted for your as soon as possible.

Can I ask you to send us a copy of your ChainReactionCycles invoice that you received with your order (send this via e-mail/fax or photo via mobile phone) so that we can see who picked and packed this? If we could also get a few pictures of the packaging that this order was received in aswell.

From here we will see the best course of action in getting this issue resolved.
