Мы сделали запрос на поиск посылки в Parcel Force. Как только у нас появится

У кого-нибудь было такое?Я так понял посылка на каком-то из этапов доставки не была зарегистрирована,в результате чего нет трекинга?

один в один такое же ответили ,вот тоже жду ответа ,где посылка
