My 2 cents.
No, offset bushings don't worth spending money. I do try them a lot (still have them in a parts box). The final result will be minor. If you want drastically change geometry, go for Works Components angle set. You can slacken HTA from 0,5 up to 2 degrees, same time bottom bracket will be dropped.
The only negative thing in this is reach decreasement.
Another way is to install rear shock (if it exist) with shorter e2e length but with a same stroke as the stock one.
